Congratultions !nbhatt wrote: ↑Mon Sep 25, 2017 11:39 amDear All,
With the grace of God finally I got my Tier1 extn approved.
Special thanks to Zimba and Machart for all your prompt replies and useful information.
MY timeline as below:
Applied on 25th August 2017
BRP letter received on 4th September 2017
BRP given on 5th September 2017
Application status decided 17th September 2017
IHS partial refund 19th September 2017
BRP received 25th September (It was posted at my office address on 22nd September but office was closed on Sat and Sunday hence received it today).
Awaiting PP and other documents.
Documents submitted as per guidance.
I had my share of stress during initial application when it was refused and I had to go through the interview process and my visa was still rejected despite the interviewer who is a 3rd party highlighted the fact that I was a very credible applicant. Fortunately during 2014 we had a right to appeal so with the help of my lawyers I had appealed the decision and HO withdrew its initial decision.
Approval of my extension application is definitely hard work and blessings from above.
Good Luck guys and once again many thanks to Zimba and Machart.
Congratulations, pls elaborate what do you mean by when you said: 1st year business was in loss it was refused.nbhatt wrote: ↑Mon Sep 25, 2017 4:44 pmYes indeed marcnath
Answers to below qtns:
Original documents just received including passport via second class Royal Mail.
BRP received in brown envelope it had Bristol's address and Heathrow bulk marked on it.
1st year business was in loss for obvious reasons it was refused but 2nd and 3rd year it was in profit.
Thanks all for your wishes.
