Applying for L1B from UK while on Tier2-ICT Dependant Long term

Hi,

I am currently on Tier 2-ICT dependant visa in the UK and my company have a role for me in the USA. Can I apply for a L1B while I am in the UK with the current visa or I would need to go back to India?
