Urgent Travel outside UK- Tier 1 extension application with Home office

I need help, I have to travel to my home country in emergency due to some serious family problems. What i can do, my application for Tier 1 extension is with Home Office (over 6 months). :(

Sorry to hear for the urgency.

I find it such unfair on HO’s part for treating applicants the way they are.

The delay affects one’s personal and professional life severely.

I think you can write a letter to HO or your MP explaining the situation. (Attach any documents if you have showing the urgency)

It might help as I have read some people have done it before.
