Whats my residental status

Dear Immigrationboards

I am a single mother in Worcester UK, I live with my daughter who is 2, and her father is a british citizen so she is.
I would like to ask you if can you provide me some information about my legal situation?
The situation is I live in the Uk since 1st of May 2014. I got pregnant in november 2014 she was an unplanned baby, but we decided to keep her. I found a job in November 2014 and they fired me January next year as they found out I am pregnant.
After this I attended to the job centre every monday for the job search however I didnt recieve job seekers allowance payments as I dodnt have 3 months uninterrupted work. Sonce then I am a stay at home mother.
This April I broke up with my partner , the father of my daughter who is a british citizen and our daughter stays with me in a council rented property which is on my name. My problem is I am not entilted to child benefit, income support, job seekers allowance or housing benefit as I am not in the country for 5 years and my daughter is not in education. And because of that we are at risk that we loose our home and we are in debt in rent arrears.
I am not working as I cant work with the my daughter with me in full time as I am not even entitled to childcare vouchers. I feel like they are discriminating her even she is a full right citizen and I cant take her to live with me in Hungary as the father doesnt agreee with moving her putside of UK so I have to stay but I am not entitled to nothing and I dont see how do they expect me to find a work without childcare help and how to could Ingo to work without any financial support. I cant even afford public trabsport or a mobile phone.
If you can help me what is the legal state of EEU citizen mothers with UK citizen children it would be really great.
I went to child services, citizens advisor, housing advisort and no one can help me or have any idea what to do.
