Permanent Residence Application Form

I am a UK citizen married to a Polish national since 2008. She has been here since 2006. We have two kids aged 7 and 1, both born in the UK. I am in permanent employment. She worked until 2010, when we had our first child, and has been a housewife looking after our kids ever since. We want to apply for citizenship, but need the Permanent Residence card first. We are stuck on 'Section 3.1' - Am I classed as her 'family or extended family'? I'm hoping I am. Otherwise I can't see a category that covers our situation.
