CAS Statement & Attendance

Hi,
I did a 1 year foundation programme last year at a university and now i'm going to be applying for my tier 4 for my undergraduate 3 year degree. I already have my CAS statement from that. However, during my foundation year I had quite a poor attendance record. I was wondering, will the entry clearance officer be able to view this through my CAS somehow? The university never reported me and still give me a CAS number so what do you think???
