I have basically broken all ties with everyone I knew in the States, and my entire life has been here for almost a decade.
Be careful about stating things like this as HO can likely view this as it was your choice to break ties with whoever.

Links to the form and guidance notes below for you.

The other one you could read up on is FLR(LR), link below.

Thank you so much, CR001 - you've been absolutely wonderful to take your time trying to help me. I'll do my best to sort things on my own, but I will probably have to come back with a question or two in the meantime. But thank you again!!!

Hi, I'm looking at the FLR(FP) and it asks about reasons for trying to stay.

Aside from the fact that I have absolutely no life outside the UK, I have two main concerns.

1) it is relevant to discuss the fact that when living in the States my depression and anxiety was not controlled (i.e., I was in hospital for uncontrolled depression)? Here I am able to cope -- it's been much harder the past few months, but I am stabilised here. I have friends here, and I have a support network. I'm genuinely afraid of what will happen if I have to go back. Not trying to be dramatic, I will just have no where to go in a country I hate, I'll have no one to go to, and it's basically worst case scenario for me when it comes to mental health. I'm genuinely afraid of what will happen if I have to go back.

2) I also have some health concerns that at the moment are being managed. I have fibromyalgia and I have a kidney disease. Last year they were talking about needing to take my kidney out. Here, I am on medication (I pay for my scripts and a surcharge for NHS with visa). Here, this is controlled, and I can function and everything is okay. In States, I have no medical care, and no way to see drs and get medication there. So this will affect me physically, as well.

Are these relevant to bring up in the application or will this just make things worse?

Thank you for your assistance and support, I appreciate it.
