Tier 1 general dependent visa for my baby

Hi All,
I recently (on 10th aug 2017) applied my 9month baby visa(tier 1 general dependent).Mother visa is dependent visa on father who got recently(June2017) ILR.Baby visa has applied from India and as per rule it take 15 working days, its already done more than 1month but we haven't heard anything from visa office.If am i right baby will get mother dependent visa and mother visa going to expire in Apr2017(started from Sept2013 n 1time extended).I m just worried about how long time will take for getting feedback/their result?If anybody applied visa like this/know n suffering same problem please help me...How can i track my visa status/how can i do enqiry regarding my application?
