We won our Human Rights Appeal - what happens now?

Post by PaulFreathy » Wed Sep 27, 2017 5:44 pm

We won our Human Right appeal! Under Article 8 of the ECHR.

The judge ruled in our favour!

We are so thrilled, we just got notice a minute ago, we are so delighted! We have NO idea what it means though. Do we now qualify for the visa we had applied for? Will the Home office get hold of us and tell us what is the next step? Do we have to apply for a new visa? Will my wife get her passport back? Its all SO exciting but we have no idea what the next step is.
