Can i apply for British Nationality for all my kids

Hello Everyone,
i am EEA national came to UK in June 2012,last week i got my PR,i just wanna know if i can apply for British Nationality for my 3 kids.

My Elder is born in Pakistan came to UK in October 2012 and has got 5 year residence permit which will expire in April 2018 can i apply for her british nationality or i will have to apply for PR first.

My second child born in UK in 2014 also got 5 year residence permit which expires in 2020

Third child born UK this year in July 2017 doesnt have family permit or residence permit didnt apply coz i was waiting for my PR.

What is the status of the child's other parent?

The two children born in the UK can be registered as British citizens (assuming that they are under 18) using the same evidence that you would submit for a PR application.

If you can prove that you acquired PR before the child was born, the child was born a British citizen and you can apply directly for his British passport.

It may however be easier if you apply for DCPR with proof that you acquired PR in June 2017 and then apply for your third child's British passport after getting the DCPR.

Children born abroad typically have the same immigration status as that of the less-privileged parent. So, the elder child will be expected to have PR themselves and for the other parent to also have PR before getting registered as a British citizen. At least one parent is also expected to either be a British citizen or have applied to be a British citizen.
