Also, if we don't have audited accounts, do we even need to supply any? Can we just provide 4 from the 'other documents'?

Apologies, we are going through the process of applying for the licence to become a sponsor and to issue Certificates of Sponsorship (Tier 2 general). One of the documents which must be sent if 'applicable to your type of organisation' is Audited Annual Accounts. If we don't need to have audited accounts, maybe I am answering my own question but it would make sense that they don't need the accounts we do have, because they are not audited. I was initially wondering if they accept the abbreviated accounts from companies house but thinking this is unlikely as I believe it needs to be an original. Just wanted to get some clarity if anyone knew.

Many thanks

I would doubt your employer will want to send the originals to UKVI.
They should send a copy which is attested by a solicitor, as per the guidelines listed in the requirement. each page will need to be attested.

So although we are not required to have audited annual accounts, you believe that we would need to submit the accounts we do have, but certify them?
