Swtich from FLRO to Tier2

Hi All,

I switched my Tier2 General VISA to FLOR when my employer’s licences got suspended. I dropped my FLRO application in second week of April'17. When I managed to find another sponsor, and made 10days priority Tier2 VISA on first week of August'17. I got a response from Home Office, stating due to complexity of my application, decision can't be made in 10days. Below is my query:

1. How long will it take to get decision on this?

2. Does anyone faced this situation?

3. What are the chances of success?

4. Do I need to do anything on this? (like make any calls to HO to know updates)

no one knows how long it will take. And dont think u can do anything about it.
also u do realise that if you planning on applying ilr on basis of 5 years of ilr, u wont qualify, as there has been a break of more than 60 days before the end of last employment to start of next.
