Initial FLR after 29th Feb - HSMP Approval received

I have received initial HSMP approval and am waiting to apply for HSMP FLR (initial). Any ideas on what is going to change in my case from Feb 29th? Will I have to apply all over again or simply apply as now i.e only for extension on the basis of my approval letter. (The approval letter is valid till the end of march)
