MN1 NCS apppointment without brp card

Hi All,
I have booked NCS appointment for my kids but unfortunately I haven't received my ilr brp card. Will approval letter suffice for this appointment. All kids are born in the UK.

I don't think NCS people will accept just the approval letter as its only a generic letter issued to successful applicants. Why not just move the appointment few days ahead instead?

Thanks bruteforce, I have actually re-arrange the appointment for the second as time as the brp is extremely delayed. If I don't keep the new appointment I will not get a refund, that's my worries.
