tier 2 dependent visa

Hi guys
Iam new to the form here .
Iam doctor working in UK on tier 2 visa . I have A rated sponsor .
I need to apply tier 2 dependent visa for wife . She need to submitt my passport copy , my brp , my Certificate of sponsorship copy . But in my COS date is expired already (As most of the certificate of sponsorship are valid for 3 months only ).
Soy query is, will it effect my visa in any way ..

Your COS expiry has no relation to dependent visa application

she doesnt need to submit your passport and brp. A copy of each would do. No need for COS.
