Spouse Visa from Indonesia - Sheffield and other Qs

Hi everyone

I am a British National (born and living in the UK) and just married my fiance a couple of weeks ago (in Indonesia). We're now preparing everything for my wife's Spouse Visa Application to the UK and I have a few questions as I am new to the whole process - would be grateful if anyone could help out with some answers:

• I have heard some people say that all our documents will need to be sent to Sheffield. Is that true? My wife's documents are still with her in Indoensia, so will she need to post them to me, here in the UK? Or will she have to present her documents in Indonesia?

• I'm also collating my documents together. What's the best way of showing evidence of our relationship (which goes back 3 years)? I have phone records, whatsapp messages, photos.

Marriage certificate translated and notarized if not in English
Photos of marriage ceremony and before and after
Proof of communication
Any travel proof of visits to your spouse and holidays together
Proof of money transfer to your spouse if any
Exchange of gifts and greeting cards if available

You should be meeting financial requirement of £18,600 per annum

Proof of adequate accommodation

In terms of accommodation, I have a copy of the Tenancy Agreement - does this need to be certified by the Housing Association (I live in rented accommodation with a housing association)?

Also, what does a Property Inspection Report contain? I want to organise one but not sure who to go to and what detail should be contained in the Report.

Can anyone help with these questions?
