uk visa refusal paragraph 3.6 v

my appliction was refused on 18 sep 2017 under v3.6 and i want to solve that proplem , i had an old passport my first name spilling was ( mostafa ) and i had a refuse also on it , my name in the new passport is ( mustafa ) and also i got the refuse under paragraph 3.6 as i denied that i was refused before . in the fact i didn’t hide any informations as i was a victim of trave agency that filled in the application and didn’t ask me if i have another passport or had refused before , now i want to apply again but i’m afraid of the 10 years ban as i recieved in the refusal letter . can anyone help me plz ??
note : i had a shengen visa used it and returned to my country in time and have usa visa but didn’t travel till now

Why do you think the 10 year ban only recently received, won't be relevant if you now reapply

hello , thank you for your reply , the refusal letter say because i was refused under paragraph v 3.6 may be any future application can be refused under paragraph v 3.7 which prevent me of visiting uk for 10 years
