Hello All,

I want to extension my tier-1 bussiness visa extension ...money around 60k has invested through personal bank uk bank account to bussiness account in the form of creditor loan..intrest free up to 5 year...
i have 3 settled workers working for my company from last 3 months...i need checklist of the documents and extension visa appliacation form ..if some one list what documents do i need to submit and link to tier-1 extension link ..please send me your suggestions and links please..

First of all read the official guide, it tells you all you need.
Many checklists on this forum could be missing important documents, misleading or out of date. You can simply search the forums to find them though

i have invested in to my personal account to bussiness account over 40k and 10k i deposited in the form of cash deposit...does it make any difference in accounts i mentioned it's terms of director loan but on statement it appears just cash deposited...


question : 2 The investment 50k was made 10 time each time 5k i invested...my question is when i'am making

director loan agreement do i need to mentioned each investment or can i mention one go...and what will be the start date ?

why creditor loan 'term' used?
3 settled worker working since last 3 months [was it for 3 years]??? and you are about to apply for extension???

I think you need to rephrase your information because they are not adding up.

If there is no name, how that cash can be traced back to you ? That cash could be anything including revenue, you need evidence that it came from you

i made every time £5000 in 11 times in to my bussiness account can you tell me from which date the loan agreement starts is it from the intial payment made first £5000 or can i make all in one go....
i'am bit confused i'am putting 0% intrest up to 5 Years...

till today no partial ihs refund received

Could you confirm it means i will received all the documents or not please confirm
