Getting married in the UK with BNO passport

Hello,

I have a British National Overseas passport & my current Tier 5 visa is due to end tomorrow.

My boyfriend and I intend to get married & was wondering if it's possible after my current Tier 5 visa expires?

Would we be able to register successfully?
