Hi, I am one of the TOIEC effected student. I left/removed from the United Kingdom in 2015. Now I want to apply for student visa again. Am I eligible to apply for student visa again .Although It has been 2 years I am out of the United Kingdom. Your advice and suggestion will be highly appreciated
