PBS Dependent Restricted work No Dr/Den Train Or Sportsperson

Hi,
Apologies if its already been discussed, but I would like to know some details on my spouse's eligibility to apply for a job. I'm in ICT 2 Long Term visa and my wife is having the PBS dependent visa and on her BRP card, its written as " Restricted to work No Dr/Den Train Or Sportsperson". So is she eligible to apply for any jobs other than Dr/Den Train Or Sportsperson ? Much appreciate for any quick responses on this.
