Request for Interview notes from Home Office

Hi,

Two weeks back I have been interviewed by HO. At the end of the interview, I have asked the interviewer for he notes he has taken. He mentioned that I will receive an email from Home Office but I haven't received yet.

I am wondering do we need to request for the notes or do the HO sends them automatically? If we have to request, could any of you advise to where we can send the request to?

Hi ravz2017, just a query please. Where did you get interviewed office or home and how about the HO officers, are they coming in uniform or casual. Thanks
