Is lease documents is compulsory for extension application

I have ready all my documents but have and tomorrow is my last date of visa and i will be going to submit my application tomorrow.

I have just two question in my mind to ask the senior members

I am not submitting the lease documents ans it is a sub lease and also other businesses name is already there. Actually we had full large floor of the building with 8 companies in one floor and about 20 offices. I had two of my companies registered there as wel and one I am claiming points l. I got my office staff room, Share Spam, my own director room etc . But my lease is sublease with one of the main comaoany there and that comapny has sublease further 8 companies. I pay £1175 a month plus the services charges. I have asked the lesser to please amend the lease for me and remove the additional stuff from there but he actually refused. My lease agreement is full of crap with main lease details and other companies details as well and not well drafted.

But i had paid lease and rent to the owner of the building every month £1175 from my business account and also services charges quarterly those always different figures due to the use of facility.

1-Is it compulsory to attached the lease documents with the extension visa application.?
2- I have invested all the money into my business account from my personal accounts. Total investment is almost 70k. out of 70K 60 is transferred from my one bank account and £10k is from my different personal account. But I am just making things easier for case worker and just sending one account personal bank statements that is over 60K. my business account showed £70k but 10 is from my saving accounts.

Do i need to send the bank statment of both personal accounts or one bank statment is enoug as it showed over £60k transferred and verified in business accounts.

Please guide me.
