Spouse Visa to Long Residence ILR

Hi,

I am currently on the second period of my spouse visa (completed 2.5 years and extended for 2.5 years last year). This visa currently expires next November. Since April this year, I have been in the UK legally and continuously for 10 years and I was wondering can I apply for Long Residence ILR now? or would I need to wait for my current visa to expire next November?
