Application outside of UK Tier 1

Dear All,

I have applied outside of UK on the 18th of July for Tier 1 entrepeneur(fresh application). I have done my interview on the 2d of September and still haven't heard anything back from HO. I have rang helplines many times and they cant help at all rather than send an escalation which they have done 3 times already. I was wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me?

I have applied from Russia. I had an interview over the phone. What about you? Have you applied from outside UK and when?
