What are the prospects of Judicial Review

Hi, my Tier 2 sponsor's licence has been revoked 2 weeks back. I haven't received any curtailment letter till today.
1. Will my curtailment starts only once I receive it or is it already started from the date my employer has received the communication?
2. My sponsor said they have gone for a judicial review. Since they have gone for review will my curtailment stop/hold if it has already started?
3. What are the prospects of Judicial review? What is the probability of getting a positive decision?
