Advice required- wife's passport returned blank!

Post by rabbits » Sun Oct 08, 2017 10:39 pm

Hi there guys

Im a british national and married by morrocan wife in july this year. We applied for a priority settlement spouse VISA and 7 weeks later (last Thursday) the TLS contact sent us an email confirming a decsion was made and that documents ready for collection. My Wife went to collect the passport and documents on friday, she was given her passport back which had no VISA or refusal stamp, no letter or documents were given either. TLS didnt know why and said wait for the UKVI to send an email! Im naturally concerned and a little confused as my lawyer has never seen this before either. We have emailed them but god knows when they will get back! HAs this happened to anyone or has anyone heard of such a scenario? Appreciate your thoughts

regards
