Non-eu parents of EU nationals entering and staying in the UK

Hello to everyone.

I hope this is the right place to post this query.

To start with,
I am 22 and I ve been living in the U.K. for more than a year now. I did my MSc and I was working while studying and since September I am just working in the UK. My sister lives with me as well. This September she just started her 3 year BSc. We are Greek nationals but our parents are Albanians and we want them to join us in the UK. And I am wondering if they can do so.

My parents have a residence card (family member of Greek citizen) which is issued under EU laws. My mum travelled to the UK accompanied by me and my sister in August and the boarder officer issued a six month stamp ( admitted to the uk under the immigration (EEA) regulations for 6-months) . The thing is that I want my mum and my dad to be able to come to the uk and stay for longer and also be able to work here.
Do you think that possible?

And if yes how?

If someone knows a way please let me know.
