Tier 4 Dependant Visa - Query regarding Priority application

Hello all,

I'm currently in the UK in Tier 2 ICT (Long Term). My wife recently got her Tier 4 Student Visa.

I'm planning to apply as her dependant so that I can start working on my own. For the Tier 4 dependant visa category - there are 2 application types available -

1. Standard (Fee £467) - which takes about 8 weeks for decision
2. Priority (Fee- £916) - which takes about 10 days for decision

I want to apply for 3 of us - myself and 2 kids. Currently my kids are in Tier 2 ICT dependants status.

My question are

1. Since we are already in UK, we can switch to Tier 4 dependant within the country. Is my understanding correct?

2. Is it possible for me to apply in Priority type and my two kids as standard type? Is that possible? Or all 3 of us have to apply with the same type?

3. If it is possible - should I submit my visa as Priority type first, followed by submitting my kids visa as Standard type? Or vice versa.

It would be really helpful if the moderators / or someone with more knowledge on this subject can guide me.
