Hi there I came in uk in 2011 as a visitor I met my British boyfriend and than go back to my country, we realise that we need to see each other and spend more time together and I end up pass ielts exam English certificate and got tier 4 visa and came back 2012 ,, 2013 I expend my visa and and it expires in 2014 ,, few months ago before my visa expirewe decieded to get married and went to register centre and made a date ,, suddenly my boyfriend younger brother died and he went so deep depression and same time I stayed pregnant after 2 month I had miscarriage than abortion than chicken pox than swollen glands and was in and out of hospital which cause my over stay,, after that we apply in 2015 spouse visa ,, they told us that they believe that relationship is genuine but hey don't understand why we can't go back in Georgia and live there ,, my boyfriend has two houses in London and he has more than 45k salary per year , money and house is not a problem ,but what application we can make hat I become ligall in uk or do I need to go back in Georgia get married there and come back or can application from here will works in this case,, thanks

Probably better to go back and apply from there. However, be aware of 320(11).
