Health Insurance - Germany - 2004/38/EC - Parents

Hi, has anybody (EU Citizen living and working in Germany with state insurance) gone through the experience of getting their dependent parents (third country nationals) registered with the State Insurance System in Germany?

My parents will be granted entry under FreizügG/EU
