I have applied for my extension on the 15th of June and I am still waiting but today I received your case raises complex human rights issues letter but my husband earns well over the financial requirement and we have no kids!? is it possible its just a delay tactics as it has been almost four months.
They had sent me a letter at the end of July asking for documents which I have responded to, and couple of weeks back I received the same letter again with like the same dates on them asking me to send papers by 14th of AUG, so I sent them the copy of the postal receipt showing that I had already responded and asked them to let me know if they have all the documents, do you think this might be a response to that, I really don't know where to go with this
the trouble is a tho my life is on halt everything else still moving on, landlady asked us to move out after she find out I am still waiting for an answer from UKVI don't even know how I find a new place with no id and valid visa, my dad is in hospital whom I can't visit and its getting too much for me..
