IHS Refund

Post by Bonnie Doon » Thu Oct 12, 2017 12:54 pm

Hi there,
I (and dependants) have just extended my Tier 2 visa with my employer but have been offered another job. I have paid an application fee and IHS fee with the last application and am aware i must do this again with a new application.

My question is, do i get a refund on my initial IHS fee paid for 2 years for me and my family?

you can try but there is no guarantee. It is you who is choosing to change jobs. Every application will require new fee and IHS payment.
