I applied as an EEA for Permanent Residence. I tried to mix categories as I've been employed for some years and a dependent family member the rest of the time, a total period of 10 years.
Home Office send me a letter- with my name on the envelope but nowhere in the letter is my name, but issued on a wrong name, wrong DOB and wrong nationality. The letter however validates my employers but tells that the period is not sufficient. The letters implies that I should be dependent family member for all the 5 years and that I cant mix categories.
It states that I have the right to appeal and that costs at least £80 and I dont know if that route is more simple, what follows if my appeal is accepted, does it mean I have to send all documents again ?
The letter tells that I can re-apply again to Home Office.
