As everyone else i was effected by UKVI slowness and cuntishness, applying for EEA permit.
I am Russian, living in Spain with my British husband and we just wanted to go to London for 3 nights, The woman in Madrid visa center obviously said there is no point to spend money for visa? I can apply for the free one, plus my husband is British, they would give me the visa in 15 days.

Aight. Just like everyone else I have been waiting for ages but this is not the case. As soon as our planned trip time passed (8-11 of September) I withdrew my application. I mean I thought I did. I contacted ukvi and went to the visa center to do that. they escalated my case 3 times already.

So its been a month, guess if they even replied me ONCE. Not even guessing if they sent me back my passport.

Spent already 100EUR on calls to UKVI, my husband as a British citizen complained to the home office, I also complained myself

Any ideas HOW ELSE can I get my passport back, its just unbelievable. I missed 2 business trips already and had to go to Paris BY TRAIN like a facing illegal immigrant.

I have big expensive trips coming for Christmas and January, also I live in Spain, so I cant get a new passport, need to go back to Russia.
