Job Creation confusion

Dear Fellow members I applied my visa before April 2014 rule.

Job-1 System Analyst. Full Time employee 30 hours per week, one employee, exist more than 12 Month
Job-2 IT consultant. Full Time Employee 30 hours per week, one employee Exists more than 12 Month
second employee exists 10 month Part time employee 22.5 hours week, exist only 9 months. but both working at the time of application.

Please explain me had i done the right thing in application form will these counts as two jobs. I am bit confused after reading few refusal on job creation.

First job creation i said
Job one. Full time, 30 hours
2nd job table.
i combine two employees.
one full time more than year. mention full time and start date over 12 months
second part time less than 12 months

I believe you did not even need to mention the third employee as the first 2 employees on the 2 roles clearly satisfies the requirement. Hence you have already submitted the application let's see how they consider the third (part time) employee.
When did you apply for extension????

I had applied week ago. Much worried know. My solicitor make me to mentioned his name as well. I have 5 employees in total three were settled. I just wonder would it be according to policy guidance if i had included 3rd employees as well that was not necessarily required az two was already fuilfilled the requirement. It is very technical point only gurus abd expertsin forum can guide me on this. Thanks thanks
