My Motherinlaw recently got refused her visitor's visa and this was due to her saying No for a question on the application which asked 'do you have properties, savings or other income?' (This was a mistake and should have stated Yes.
Evidences included her property documents and bank statements
However ECo stated that she said 'no' to the above however her bank statement states she has monthly pension coming in
Eco stated that she shes included little evidences about her economic and Financial circumstances
'im not satisfied that you have accurately presented your circumstances and therefore your intentions in applying to enter the uk; this undermines the credibility of your application to the extent that i am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor or intend to leave the uk at the end of your visit.
My question now is if we want to reapply..what other evidences do they require
Thanks in advance for you replies
