Arrest cause issue with tier 2Visa renewal

Hi,
Currently I am on a tier 2 work visa sponsored by my company. Unfortunately on August 2017. I was arrested for a sexual assault allegation.. this was later investigated by police and determined that the allegation was not true and I have got a closure letter stating 'No further action'. So I was not charged.. no caution..no warning and therefore no conviction just an arrest
My question is .. my visa would be due for renewal in the month of December 2017.. will this arrest cause issue in my application.

Also my company will raise it on priority when it's due. Will they come to know about this arrest during the process..

Please guys I need advice.. I am currently depressed
