ILR dependent continuing as Tier 2 dependent extension. IHS error Please help

Dear members,

we are applying my wife's PBS Dependent extension as Tier 2 General, Although I have been granted indefinite leave to remain but we would like to continue my wife's stay as tier 2 general dependent.

we have completed the application and when clicked on IHS payment link, was directed to the payment website there was a questioner about husband's visa expiry date we put the date of husban's last Tier 2 BRP expiry date which is 20/10/2017 but IHS payment is coming £0.00 I am trying to extend the leave for another 3 years and the payment should be £600. now I am unable to edit or start a new application.

Please advise how can I pay for my wife's IHS Charges. or start a new visa application.?

Hello Guys,
The UKVI online application fee was paid and its been submitted online. I've got a confirmation too. however, I had to make another IHS application where I put the the visa expiry from 20/10/2017 to 20/10/2020 and I was able to made a payment of £600 for IHS. now the IHS website generated another reference number which is different from the number is printed on online application.

is that ok if I write a covering letter with other documents which I am sending to UKVI by post to explain that I have paid the IHS in a separate transaction? and replace old reference number with new manually on papers?
