Tier 2 - Declaring FPN

Hi all,

I'm about to apply for change of employer Tier 2 G, and I have a questions which I hope you help me with

Should I declare FPN on the application? should I include it under the conviction/crimes part or should I provide it in a separate cover letter?

I received 6 points + £300 penalty for no insurance, but paid it and now everything is fine,

What would you recommend?

Always better to disclose rather than not. Some caseworkers may see it as deception. It should not affect your application outcome since I've seen many visa applications approved with FPNs.

Thanks a lot Moonlight, I have one FPN that was paid immediately,
and I attended a court hearing for a FPN that was sent to my old address therefore I couldn't respond but ended with a statutory declaration and paid the fine.
I'm quite terrified to get rejected, can you please tell a bit more about your experience?

FPN disclosure does not lead to rejection. A few of my friends have got their visas approved with FPN declared. It's about disclosing as much information as possible.
