I need help in dependent application form

Post by jafersadeq » Sun Oct 15, 2017 11:34 pm

Dear Gurus,

Please clarify the points below:

Tier 1 or 5 Dependent Application Form (Version 04/2017)

A2 Application Details
A2.2 Contact name in the UK if different to that of the dependent.
The application is for my son.
What should I write in A2.2?
Is it my name as a parent? Or I leave it blank.

If you are producing a double-sided copy of this application form, please include this page and make sure it falls on the reverse of the payment details page in the two-sided copy.
For administrative reasons, it is important that the rest of the form begins with Section B - Your Personal Details facing upwards

I printed single pages, one-side, do I have to enclose this page with the application form?

Email address line 1 …..
Email address line 2 …..

What do they mean?
Should I list two emails?

Section F - Your reference numbers
In this section you will be asked to provide information about any Home Office reference numbers that you might have. These can be found on documents and correspondence we have previously sent to you.
F1; Have you ever had a Home office reference number assigned to you?
F2; What is/are your Home office reference number(s)? You may enter up to 3 reference number.
What do they mean?

Is it initial application reference?

My wife has had 5 UK visas before Tier 1-Ent application.. Should I list those references?

Section H - About your Biometric Residence Permit
In this section you will asked to provide information about any Biometric Residence Permit(s) that have previously been issued to you
H1. Do you have a BRP?
Yes…go to H2
No…go to H7

My son has a visa as my dependent in his passport, he does not have BRP card, so what should I do in this case?

M10; How are you able to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds available to you?
The second box:
Where PBS migrant has been in the UK less than 12 months
I am providing evidence of having £1260 in available funds - go to M12

M11; How are you able to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds available to you?
I am providing evidence of having £630 in available funds - go to M12

They mentioned the £630 in two items! What is the difference? And Do I have to tick both?

N3; Do you intend to live with your Spouse/Civil Partner throughout your time in the UK?

N5; Do you intend to live with them throughout your stay in the UK?

What is the difference between N3 an N5 ?

I appreciate your advice

Thanks

Should not matter. Add your name. It is a correspondence address, so your name me be easier for mail delivery.

Seriously ????? What are you worried about - the extra postage for one page or whether HO will reject if there is an extra blank page in your application ?

This is when the email is too large to fit one line

Did you read the form ? Check my highlighted part.
Anyway, how did you land up in M10 ?

The application is for your son - why are you filling N3 or N5 ?
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

Yes

Is it possible to mention the reference of the initial application only, I do not have the other references.

I meant the second box, it is:

But I did mistake when I wrote the first box, so what is the difference?

Still not clear on your question.
Are you on T1E or T1-GE ?
If you are on T1E, then it is M5->M7->M9->M13. Not sure why M10 and M11 or M12 is applicable to you.

This one stumps me. Just check both N3 and N5
