Points on licence 2011 and section good character

Hi just send form through Nationality checking service and need advic back to 2011 I had 3 points and fine for using mobile phone want to declare but I wasn't sure where to stick it. On my appointment I got advised on section with criminal record so she thick box 3.2 and I filled country UK nature of offence I stated fixed penalty using mobile phone then she fill next box sentence given. 3 points and 60£ fine and date below. I'm just wondering if this is done right because I wasn't on court just received fine and paid it so not sure if that was criminal any ideas should I worry and send any explanation or leave as it is and wait for HO decision thank you
