Hello, pls I would really appreciate your advice, a bit confused when I'll be eligible for permanent residence after divorce
My timeline is as follows
Married - November 2011
Residence card - March 2013 (started working)
Divorce started- june 3016
Divorce finalise - march 2017
ROR - October 2017

When will I be eligible for permanent residence.

Hi, you are eligible to apply 5 years from when you EEA partner started exercising treaty rights including when you started exercising treaty right at the end of divorce

Hey joy can you plz tell me when u apply after divorce ROR do you send your ex original idd or Passport and yur ex sing declaration in applaction form?.plz help me and answer this question thx u
