Travelling to PK without Nicop as a dual citizen

Hi,
I am a citizen of Pakistan and Finland. I have a valid Nadra smart CNIC card. If i want to travel back to Pakistan with Finnish passport then should i still go for a NICOP, even though I have a Smart CNIC.

you can use your smart CNIC along with your foreign PASSPORT to travel Pakistan.
(smart CNIC is the same as NICOP i.e it proves you are a national),
