ILR previous employer letter - is it a must ? Urgent help

Post by arunfruity » Mon Oct 16, 2017 7:37 pm

hello Gurus,

I have benefited from this group many times. This time I need an urgent help.

I worked for an employer from Apr 2013 to jan 2015 under tier 2 General and for my current employer from Feb 2015 till date.

I couldn't get in touch with my HR of my previous employer to get the absence letter as they have merged with another company and said they cannot provide me this letter. Can you advice if I can submit just the letter from my current employer ? or is the letter from previous employer is defo required ? Thanks in advance please help!
Arun

Letter is not necessary if you had few absences, like below 30 days per year
