IHS partial refund but Status not updated as 'Decided'

1- Just wondering if anyone has same scenario. IHS partially refunded (3 days ago)
to my bank account but Online status has not been updated yet.
2- Does partial refunds mean positive News

Would appreciate if someone had similar situation.

IHS Refund doesn't mean anything, I have received mine partial refund on 24th Aug, 2017 still application undecided

IHS refund is sometimes made will before the applicant receives a decision.

Official communication is via post. IHS refund means nothing.
This has been discussed many times before. Please wait to hear back from HO.
