Business activity as a Tier 4 holder

I am a PhD student on a Tier 4 Visa. I have a group of friends working on an IT project for a single client in a non-EU country A company needs to be set up to deliver this and the company would be registered in Estonia. Can this company be set up in my name without breaching the visa conditions?

No. See paragraphs 306 and 307 of the Tier 4 Policy Guidance.
