Also I believe you have applied on 08th March, 2017 and I don't think so you employees have to be there at the time of interview but if you ask one of them to work that will look more genuine as you have retail shop. I can highlighted the question about health and safety,
As I have retail shop she ask me about health and safety like have fire alarm, fire distinguisher and first aid kit.
Other concern is about employees rights like holiday entitlement and sick pay payslips
