Passport Return?

I am filling an E-form for return of passport (I applied for PR in July) but i am stuck at the return address section of the form.It say it will be returned to the address on the application form but The PR application was submitted through a "hopeless" lawyer(I realised that now) and all my correspondent goes to the lawyer.unfortunately lawyer is insisting that application will be withdrawn if i requested for the passports of my sponsor and mine.i am seriously confused and I need help.should i put the lawyers address or mine.Thanks
