After your company staging date, you must complete auto enrolment within 6 weeks and enroll your employees who are entitled for Pensions. When you auto enrol your employe you are required to give them full information about pensions. Its not a UKVI requirement but its required by Pensions Regulator. Those who were interviewed by UKVI were asked about Work Place pension. Its a simole process. I suggest you should do it.As every company require to enrol for the pension schemes for the employees, do we have to send the pension document or it is not necessary if you don't enrol?
Pension related documents are not necessary for your extension whether you have enrolled or not.
The immigration rules specifically mention Current Appointment Record. As long as you can get a CAR, it is much safer to stick to the rules.
There is no requirement to keep your employees if the business does not need it for the purpose of immigration.
